Before Booking Mariachi Mexica, please be sure to check the calendar for availability. If you see an event that is pending please e-mail me at ezechiel@mariachimexica.com to check the status of that event. You must also allow at least 30 minutes between events to compensate for driving time. Time may vary due to traffic, construction, auto accidents, etc. Some more time may be required depending on distance as well.

Conditions
1. Musicians are engaged severally. All personnel are subject to Mariachi director’s approval. The Director reserves the right to hire free-lance musicians or mariachi groups to play in Mariachi Mexíca’s stead if deemed necessary to fulfill a contract.
2. The director shall at all times have complete supervision, direction and control over musicians, and reserves the right to control the manner and details of the performance.
3. Should purchaser cancel this agreement for any reason other than by mutual consent, the deposit is not refundable. Liability for cancellation by Mariachi Mexíca is limited only to refund of deposit(s) paid.
4. This agreement to perform is subject to cancellation due sickness, accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, inclement weather, acts of God, or any other legitimate condition or situation beyond our control. Purchaser reserves the right to a One-year re-book option. If re-book option is waived a $50 administrative fee will be assessed to the purchaser.
5. No part or parts of performance shall be recorded, reproduced, or transmitted from place of performance in any manner or by any means without express written permission except for personal home use.
6. Mariachi Mexíca is not liable for misdirected payments or contracts.
7. The following conduct on the part of the purchaser, agent(s) of purchaser, family, guests, or other hired services towards Mariachi Mexíca and/or representatives may result in immediate termination of performance with full payment due; theft, indecency or obscenity, drunkenness, being under the influence of narcotics or hallucinatory drugs, or any other illegal or unsafe activity.
8. The performer will execute this agreement as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the purchaser and assumes all responsibility for withholding tax, social security, state, city and all other taxes.
9. Purchaser agrees to provide access to place of performance for the purpose of conferring with band members, and to provide an area of safety, comfort, and privacy for musicians.
10. This agreement shall be considered as made and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Purchaser agrees to hold harmless Mariachi Mexíca for any act either unintentional, negligent, which may cause damage or injury, directly or indirectly, to persons or property before, during or after performance by or caused by musicians or representatives.
